Hi all, Before we start the project in Apache process, we need to discuss dev process.
Two dev processes ( http://www.apache.org/foundation/glossary.html#ReviewThenCommit) seem to be used in apache projects. As far as I know, most of Apache projects follow review then commit (RTC) instead of commit then review (CTR). In my opinion, it would be good to follow the convention. Which one is better?
