IMHO it mustn't pollute and bloat the core. Java 8 funtionality (which Oracle
said, they'll somehow squeeze even into a Java 9 core, together with
java.util.Date/Calendar of course ;-) ) may have a right to exist if a Date
PropertyConverter was found viable for the core module. Anything else should be
in Modules: http://tamaya.incubator.apache.org/modules.html#modules
