way to achieve consistency would be to rename the artifacts that
are currently using tuscany-scatours-xxx names to use scatours-xxx

Or tuscanyscatours to have some relationship with the package name.

I think consistency with the maven module name is more natural.
This seems to be our normal convention for maven artifact names.
That was why I suggested travelsample.
