I'd like to go ahead and make these changes. We have three options

By maven artifacts do you mean the name of the modules as specified in
the pom files. My preference is also.

OK, I'll go ahead and change all of these to scatours-xxx.
A separate issue is that we need to do something about consistency of
package names
I have to apologize as I didn't get to the end of the tidy up I was
going to do. I don't have lots of local changes so it's fair game. We
can discuss here what people want to do. I have a few thoughts but
have to run so will post on this separately.
There was some discussion about this some time ago (see [1]).
At that time, we seemed to be converging on com.tuscanyscatours as
the package prefix. I can work on the code changes this week
if we are all OK with this as the prefix.
