This seems to be our normal convention for maven artifact names.
That was why I suggested travelsample.

I'd like to go ahead and make these changes. We have three options
that have been proposed:
1. Use travelsample-xxx for all the maven artifacts.
2. Use scatours-xxx for all the maven artifacts.
3. Use tuscanyscatours-xxx for all the maven artifacts.
My first preference is 1, second preference 2. Other views?
