That *used* to be the case... MS got into some s^*t over that and they don't do it any more... The problem is that Opera handles CSS a little differently from IE (and Netscape too, BTW). Evidence of that is that if I access my on-line banking site, and have Opera set to identify as IE5, the page fails to behave properly (particularly the JS elements...).
