Nah, this page is already after the one that should offer the choice for
both....

I wouldn't create "on that page you can download everything page".
Let's keep users and devs seperated.
Maarten sketched the new end-user-download page. The option/choice
wheher you want to go for the stable or the development version should
be done one step earlier. I.e. on http://download.openoffice.org/index.html
and maybe for the RCs on the mainpage (well, but one should be careful
about that...)
