I agree. At least on download.ooo we should add something like a "get the
devel-version" button.

And maybe one could add a colored background to the "Other Versions -
Development" area on the right-hand side of
http://download.openoffice.org/2.1.0/index.html to emphasize it.

But I'm still somewhat resistant to add it to the mainpage directly.

But: Why should a user use a milestone build? A user will most likely
only will try it if it fixes a bug she faces. And this can be hard to
tell - the release-notes are sometimes quite big and with little info
(because cws owners don't add proper descriptions, the "integrated cws"
list doesn't contain much valuable information, you'd need to follow the
links to EIS and from there to the list of issues to see whether
something was added that could be of interest for you)

The feature ones however usually have a nice summary, but there aren't
too many of them anyway...
