I agree. At least on download.ooo we should add something like a "get the devel-version" button. And maybe one could add a colored background to the "Other Versions - Development" area on the right-hand side of http://download.openoffice.org/2.1.0/index.html to emphasize it. A user will most likely only will try it if it fixes a bug she faces.
