Of the 1,927 total emails 15 people accounted for 837 or ~44% of all
the traffic. Indeed 2 individuals accounted for a full 12% or 237
emails.
It would seem that finding some way to help the 15 people that
actually help users is good, but not at the expense of the 378 that
wanted to ask one question.
