Well, the work on the new forum is in high gear now - we have a solid group that have said they will be coming over from the OOoForum site. Folks that are moderators there, with be coming over as moderators here and the board administrator from the 8daysaweek site will most likely be the first board administrator.
There is much we would like to look at in the way of integrating into the other OO.org services. Including, but not limited to offering to run private or public sub-boards for other projects, groups. OOoAuthors may be the first to avail themselves of the offer. I will try and keep this list notified with what will be happening at the new site, via this mailing list ( not this thread ) and the wiki. Drew ps - regarding search functions.
