My general notion is that at some point we can add to portal.openoffice.org some things that you mention. We already list, without comment, ISVs and derived products (of OOo); we can also take pages out of Think Geek and add other stuff. "Portal" really should become a portal for user--and developer!--wants. But let's take the first steps first and make it *easy* to find and download OOo and also find and download those things that enhance the use of OOo, such as templates, clipart, documentation, macros, extensions. All these can and should be listed, immediately, from portal, or even from OOo itself. What I would like is for the user to click on "Help" and see before her a listing of enhancements she can easily obtain.
