16 seconds to load on my country dialup connection!  Opera 9 on OpenSuSe 10.3.  
11  seconds with Konqueror 

Absolutely brilliant, very well done.  

I'm not however, so keen on the "Message of the Day" Positioning.  

I like Randy's framing, but I'd like to see it more in line with the Action 
Statements, rather than off to the side

The mouseover effect is good, I like it and given my preference for bald 
simplicity, that's saying something.   :)

I asked the question on the wiki: Andre was asking for some help with the 
Why.openoffice.org page
