Hi Graham,

Nope, those 'action statements' have been there for a while *remembers
traumatic procedure of booking driver's license test*.

There's one big difference with the LTSA example and OOo - mainly, OOo
is software, and software webpages use icons that are widely
recognized. Try pairing an icon with the LTSA action statements -
people would have a hard time picking out what they are for.

I'm opposed to the icons, mainly because there's not enough space for
them AND the 'banner ad' to keep a clean layout in 1024x768. But I'm
willing to give them a shot (you'll never know till you try). I'll
post the results when I'm done (should be either today or tomorrow),
and then we can make a better informed decision.
