OK, from what I'm seeing, the top text line is encroaching on the logo,
etc, so some spacing needed. And (maybe I wasn't keeping up as well as I
should have), did we decide to ditch the gull-outlined box for news? I
kind of like the idea of a border of some sort. But, if others decided
against this, that's Ok. I jsut kind of liked this element for some reason.
I would have had it on test.OOo, but I can't change the header over there :(
