yes and no boxes for logging in are displayed at all.
If so, this is a bug that I'll have to sort out)
I took the gull graphic away to simplify the design (i.e. make it look
less busy), but other pages that utilize the campaign div will have
the same old graphic.

OK, from what I'm seeing, the top text line is encroaching on the logo, etc,
so some spacing needed. And (maybe I wasn't keeping up as well as I should
have), did we decide to ditch the gull-outlined box for news? I kind of like
the idea of a border of some sort. But, if others decided against this,
that's Ok. I jsut kind of liked this element for some reason.
I would have had it on test.OOo, but I can't change the header over there
:(
