This is another one of the points which were raised in the extensive
discussions that took place around the action statements, and Graham
has had to repeat himself many times to people asking the same

Hopefully that will save Graham from having to repeat himself again
:). If you have something new to add that wasn't addressed in these
threads, feel free to do so, but I think the action statements are
there to stay - there was a wider consensus at the end.
