I'm curious, why are these two considered Executive officers, and people like Sally and Gavin are not?
While we've not always been 100% consistent, we've mostly been tracking to the notion that the officers explicitly listed in section 6.2 of the bylaws are executive officers, and the rest are officers/guests.\ Executive officers are expected to try to make most meetings. Others are welcome to attend, but not required.
