I agree with you, Sam. They should be expected guests. They are not executive officers according to our current definition.
Alternatively, we can s/executive officers / officers but then we would have to make it clear which officers we expect to attend. I think it’s best to keep the eo designation as it is and use the guests section of the template as basically a time-saver for officers and other members who regularly attend.
