Does it matter? I can't find a specific definition of "Executive Officers" in our bylaws or Delaware corporate law. Or am I missing a well-accepted US corporate law definition? This is certainly the simplest definition, since it's explicit in the bylaws. President/EVP, Secretary, Treasurer (and Chairmen, which are part of the board itself). Everyone else would simply be listed as "Officers expected" (or lumped in with Guests), either as a corporate officer (Fundraising, Press, etc.) or a board committee officer (Legal, Security), or a PMC Vice President.
