Hello all, I like the version that Skype has where you have video in the middle and a list on the side. With one button you can get rid of the list.
To get the area where you type text you just hold onto a little three line image and move this up. The video does get a little smaller but keeps everything proper. Are we going to just do one on one or will this grow to include many to many? If you double click the video, you go full screen with it. They also offer various other options for switching which is the larger video on screen, and turning audio on and off. I would like to see something similar, though I'd much prefer the option to move the video out of the chat window, or to switch the video to being along side the chat area, instead of on top of it. If was any decent with photoshop, I'd try to make a mochup of what I'm talking about...
