True, but I was thinking further categorization.  I have always thought of the 
different types of docs in different categories.  I can't think of a reason 
where I would want /usr/share/doc files but not man pages.  But I would want to 
keep man pages but not have /usr/share/doc.  Maybe others also want a little 
more flexibility in that regard.
