My assumption of speed was mostly based on experiences from other
things switching to zstd, I haven't benched man pages in packaging
specifically, and I think it'd be worth doing a test with some rawhide
packages since I added a way to tweak this in redhat-rpm-config.

Any ideas of some good representative packages to test with?
