I still can't recompile the library. Attached are the error messages
that I get.

Also:
* the IntLib files references a non-existing MilkymistOne1.PcbLib file
* there are two copies of the PcbLib file, I took the one in the
"MilkymistOne". Is that the right one?

Yeah, AD is a bit messy, and it's just too easy to create
PCB/schematics discrepancies or library discrepancies. Still, by
ignoring the warnings or allowing such discrepancies it increases the
risk that errors may slip through and it makes the design confusing.

If you are absolutely certain about the footprints and that the
synchronization issues won't cause real problems, go ahead. I would
prefer a clean design in AD, but I'm not sure if we can get that in
time...
