The part of JS28F256J3F105A currently used at Router related products in Foxconn EMS manufacturer. But which brand? Cisco? Haven't been revealable then. It is said that this part has been used more than at least one year on Router. The MOQ is 576pcs. They agreed me that supported sample orders in advance without MOQ. I have made mistakes that forgot to ask/request Synnex a subordinate parasitism on monster customer during my preceding sample orders. This part now is still produced by a very new 65nm process and will be kept at least 5 years they told me. It seems that there's an agreement which won't sell this part on Digieky or others. But later not sured yet. Micron recently acquired Numonyx. http://www.micron.com/about/numonyx_acquisition/ Now the authorized distributors Taiwan have 5: 1, http://www.edom.com.tw/ 2, http://www.wpi-group.com/ 3, http://www.synnex.com.tw/ 4, http://www.avnet.com/ 5, http://www.wtmec.com/English/index.htm Among them, from my perspectives, only to deal with whom is willing to service small of us.
