Agree with Daniél. It's just important to help people to help us: so
we can choose the rules we desire, but we are responsible to correctly
help them with their reports.

Fabio, I understand you are getting upset of people using
pastebin+bugzilla and making tons of mistakes, but instead of
replying:
"Thanks for using Pastebin with Bugzilla.
The stuff you pasted is now gone forever.
Smart, huh."

You could have replied:
"Please don't use Pastebin with Bugzilla, or the stuff you paste will
be lost and your bug will be marked as INVALID. Please attach your
files to this bug report, and read carefully the instructions
available at <LINK>."

Many users have never seen a bugzilla before, maybe they neither know
how a pastebin works, we cannot require users to born with bult-in
knowledge. I know dealing with ignorance is irritating, but it's
necessary.

BTW, for this very specific issue, a bot with the above fixed reply
acting every time a *pastebin.* pattern is detected would work IMHO.
