Nice list!

One of the icon that doesn't have the right size is for network
preferences. I looked and:

Elementary icon theme is very outdated:

* x11-themes/elementary-icon-theme [1]
     Available versions:  (~)2.7.1^bs (~)2.7.1-r1^bs {branding monochrome}
     Homepage:            https://launchpad.net/elementaryicons
     Description:         Elementary gnome icon theme

[1] "sabayon" /var/lib/ov/for-gentoo

https://launchpad.net/elementaryicons

and just hasn't the right size, and the new version has:

$ tar tf elementary-icon-theme-4.3.1.tar.xz | grep
preferences-system-network
elementary-icon-theme-4.3.1/categories/128/preferences-system-network.svg
elementary-icon-theme-4.3.1/categories/16/preferences-system-network.svg
elementary-icon-theme-4.3.1/categories/24/preferences-system-network.svg
elementary-icon-theme-4.3.1/categories/32/preferences-system-network.svg
elementary-icon-theme-4.3.1/categories/48/preferences-system-network.svg
elementary-icon-theme-4.3.1/categories/64/preferences-system-network.svg
elementary-icon-theme-4.3.1/categories/symbolic/preferences-system-network-symbolic.svg

Tomorrow I'll have a look at other problematic windows and see if a
version bump will fix it.

Anyway I'll try to have a look tomorrow on the version bump, but if
someone's got free cycles, you're very welcome to check and do it. :)
