While I am quite a techi - I am just a 'user' of the mySociety sites - I hadn't noticed those links...
It might be that I am stupid - but are the mySociety sites only for clever people? :-) Leading on from Matt Wardmans questions -- the more formats info is available in, the more likely it is to be found, noticed and used. Techis love optimising things down to the 'one best solution' - but pleasing /all/ of the people /all/ of the time means presenting the same info in /many/ different ways. The 'projects' list doesn't include 'related' projects like public whip, downingstreetsays - and wasn't there a site to upload creative commons open photos of MPs etc. I think multiple directories/bookmarks/etc by function (and in other formats) would all be to the good...
