Code contributions always welcome ...with tests ;-). Please do go ahead and fork the repository. Re the scrapers, the idea was (once it's out of proof-of-concept and into alpha status) to allow users to add (and maintain) scrapers (as they are stored in db and submitted via web interface obviously fairly high degree of trust required). I should definitely check out how Planning alerts do it, and also poss incorporate their data too).
