I'm not really sure that is that helpful/ usable. For people, if an MP was also a councillor, you'd probably want their MP page to state that and link through to their council activity, but I personally wouldn't want their recent appearances to randomly swap between Parliament and Council, they're rather separate entities. I also can't really think of many alerts where people would want to be alerted to some word being said in any council we would happen to cover - sure, perhaps their council and nationally, but even in that case I think the situations are different enough that most people would want to do them separately.
