This was obviously a bit of a duff idea compared to the wget etc...
Any way I grabbed a windows version of wget - ran it this morning stopped
half way - then kicked it off again just now...  and some of the PDFs have
changed been updated between the two runs.

I don't have the originals so don't know what has changed, but any work done
on old versions may need double checking !
