The H1 titles and the node numbers seem to follow the same sequence - which
was a different sequence to the HoC combined PDF
I was looking at gordon browns ACA for 0708 (August 2007)- in the original
combined PDF there are two pages of claim form then a electricity bill for
£361.

The guardian page 1 (node 10684) is a phone bill for £68.46 they have an
electicity bill for £361 as their page 44 (node 10727).

All a bit anal - but I'd hate some one to unwittingly index by postion in
PDF and find they couldn't link back.

This is one of the PDFs that changed its earlier today (according to the
file date and all the metadata in the PDF).
