FixMyStreet tries to honour the orientation flag within the iPhone photo when uploaded, using jhead to auto-rotate (the picture is always naively received in landscape). I'm guessing the bug lies in jhead performing the rotation, given I haven't seen this for a landscape photo, but we don't currently store the original uploaded photo to check.
