It does. The alert that pops up after the report is sent says "Your 
report has been received - Check your email for the next step". :)

I'm afraid it won't remember. I guess it could record the iPhoneID/email 
combination and trust that same combination if a report had been 
confirmed, but then as you say elsewhere, I'd really want the 
description field in the app. then as it's mandatory. So that would be 
some work, for not really saving that much hassle - plus on the other 
hand it's always good to have a calming down/ checking phase to anything 
like this.

I agree that with a photo a description is less needed, but I still 
think making it mandatory is worth it - as the site asks, you could have 
described the exact location (many people don't place the pin 
accurately, though I'm sure you have), and there's nearly always some 
extra information that could be given.
