Looks interesting, as "internal business use" seems to be covered for free, like the Census data rules. Although how useful the areas are without being allowed to display them on a map, I'm not sure. However they list all the potential "derived data" possiblities, but don't seem to specify anywhere which ones actually apply to this data. I'd assume that it is derived from OS data, but this isn't clearly specified. Cheers!
