The post holder will take the technical lead and responsibility for designing strategic ICT solutions to support HR and Finance functions within the House of Commons service. Candidates should have proven successful experience of technical leadership on a large or complex project or programme, excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a range of people of varying technical knowledge, and knowledge of Agresso Business World including Agresso Web / Self-service.
