The NSPD appears to contain GY, JE, and IM postcodes; without locations, but it at least gives you a list.
As for bodies, it appears to be http://www.gov.im/post/postal/postcodes.xml for Isle of Man and Jersey/Guernsey Post for the Channel Islands. It's of course possible they don't have co-ordinates and simply work on addresses. :)
