Due to possible confusion on the license issues with Jgroup jars, we can
currently not allow the code in the core (though this may change in the
future, if more clarity can be achieve with the exact requirements of
the license). A such I cancel the vote in its current form.

Since most of us seem to believe that this code is useful and that it
will most likely pass, the suggestion is to recast the vote but instead
place the code in the contributions branche.
For this it is needed that the package name is changed and that a
maintaining committer will be assigned.
I have asked Andre van Toly to arrange a maintaining committer.
As soon as I have received word on this, I will have the vote recast,
and am confident that it will pass then.

If you think that the vote cannot succeed you should VETO, canceling votes is not part of our rules.
Can somebody make us clean what is wrong with the licenses? Until now i didn't see clear evidence why we cannot use JGroups.
