IMHO: What Pierre proposes would eventually lead to a situation in which
we would cast votes in the following way(dont take it personal):
[ ] +100 I am responsible when something goes wrong
[ ] +1 I like the the code, i think i will use it, and when i
encounter a bug i will fix it
[_] +0 (ABSTAIN )
[_] -1 (NO), because :

Well, without the +100.
Tell me what is wrong with such a vote?
If you don't want to take responsibility for code, shouldn't is simply
be a contribution?
After all, that is the only distinction between contributions and
applications: who maintains it.
