As for me, we may rename speeltuin into contribution and maybe we should
think about offering a way to build code which is in them.

contributions (from contibutions and on other places), so a complete
collection of samples / libraries is available)
After all, that is the only distinction between contributions and
applications: who maintains it.
No, we have the intention to maintain it and that we like the way in
which it is working.
I think that changing this definition into making people responsible
because of the fact that they voted positive will only lead to a
situation in which people are pointing to eachother and blaming eachother.
Do you want to place some applications in contributions? Or do you think
that some applications are obsolete?
