Only on the FMB model of polling outboxes, which Frost doesn't use
AFAIK.

Sorry for not writing this more clearly. But I was making a proposal on how such boards could be implemented, not on how the current Frost works.

Actually my proposal behaves similar to the current Frost model, when there
are only few messages, and degenerates to the FMB model, when there are
many messages from everybody on the list.
