The fact that you go all the way through to sending a DHCPACK suggests
to me that you have a rogue DHCP server competing on the network to
which the HP is connected. It's also possible that you're just
sending the HP too many options, but if that's it, I'm surprised that
you even got a DHCPREQUEST. Have you changed the options that you
send at all?
