Since 0.7.0 that there is not supposed to be a content.xml
anymore: the format of the site changed slightly.
It seems there is an issue with out of date cache in Eclipse
Update. Go to "Available Software Sites" and reload the DDT
site (and/or remove it and add it again).
Already did that to no avail.
Had to de-install all java platform stuff and re-install it to
get it working.
