Just now have big discussion (few hours, yeah, very big money,
near 80 RCUs !) with my lawyers on subj and here few question
from them (well, they don't recommend to start that business
either, so don't take them serious :)
If in case you don't want to delete domain (it's possible,
isn't it ?) how long it will be registered ?
It seems like one or more years paid by RSP but what next ?
Who the heck is owner of that name in that crazy situation ?
I'm asking about that just because usage of stolen CC number is
*very* common practice here, and request of chargebacks too, esp.
in case when there is no hardware delivered with sign of CC owner...
That's why i trying to start with invoices only.

You definetely need some "administrative" decision and "very strong"
policy on that question. If it will be "no deletion at all", ok,
let it be so, every RSP must consider with that, but it shouldn't
ever be "case by case".
