You are free to introduce those things.  OpenSRS shouldn't get into
that business, then they are competing with many of us who DO offer
those services.

Sorry, but I don't agree with you.  Price is not the most important
thing. If OpenSRS reduces prices, then something will suffer for it.
The price is excellent, the service is excellent.  Let's keep it that
way, and not get a better price at the expense of the quality of
service.

If price is going to be an ongoing issue for you, then you are in the
wrong business.  There is NO WAY that OpenSRS can reduce price enough
for you to compete with the 6.75 and 7.75 places.  It is flatly
impossible.  Do the math.  They pay $6.00 to NSI PLUS fees to ICANN.
Those places get those prices because they are ICANN Accredited
themselves, and are offering direct to the public, and they are using
those prices as loss leaders.  If you are trying to compete with them
on price alone, your business model is flawed.
