But this guy is not comparing apples with apples. NSI does not sell domain
names for $6 and it's nonsense to suggest they do. That's the registry not
the retail price. What's NSI retail price ? Much, much higher.
Whilst I agree that people should discuss price, especially in India, they
must do it from a sensible foundation like you have done. Not by making
silly claims.
As almost everyone has said - they can always apply to ICANN themselves.
And some of these cheapies in India have done just that.
How long these ultra-discount places will stay in business at too-low prices
is anyone's guess. So OpenSRS must consider long-term viability.
But we could discuss additional services. Like "parking".
