Hi William In this case I agree with you that resellers should add value. I'm sure many do so successfully. Probably your own operation is a model example. And you understand the business as well as the technical operations (like Perl). But it does seem that India is a special case. Fortunately, perhaps, I'm working with a different business model !! It should be noted that it costs a total of about $150 USD to register a domain name in the Australian .com.au environment (including the requisite business name). Regards Patrick Corliss
