No, there is no such minimum.  The cost the ICANN accredited registrars is
$6 a domain name.  However, you must pay ICANN $50000 a year to get ICANN
accredited.  Anyone here have $50000 to spend?
Anyway, OpenSRS makes about $4 per domain name.  It others can afford to
sell it at $7.50, they better make sure they can sell a lot of domain names.
