Once again, you and the others at OpenSRS who I know are also working
so hard on this, deserve a lot of credit for having listened so well
to everyone, and balanced the issues so well with this policy.
I've take a quick look at it just now, and find the balance you struck
in concern with the domain owner's rights and the RSP's rights and
needs to be excellent. I'll take a closer look later to better hit on
the details (too busy to do so right now).
