OpenSRS accepting electronic payments!

How long can we continue with this analog method of accepting payments from 
RSPs?

There should be a mechanism in place for RSPs who have "earned a good 
credit rating" with OpenSRS so they can replenish their accounts 24x7 with 
the use of a Credit Card by filling out an online form.

I really detest having to wait until my fax is "manually processed" by an 
OpenSRS staff during regular business hours.

If I need more credits at 4am in the morning on a Sunday, I should be able 
to get them instantly.

When will this policy be revised?
