On hold?

Hey Guys!
We have a client that has a domain name that has expired with
networksolutions. We would like to now move this domain name to us under
openSRS. But it says the name is on hold.. can we still move it? What are
our options.. Thanks in advance.

This is some of the email we got:
We have received your request to modify a domain name record,
but we are unable to process it at this time.  Our records
indicate that we have not received payment for the domain name
shown below, and the domain name has therefore been placed on HOLD
status. While the domain name is on HOLD, no changes can be made
to the domain name record.

Network Solutions offers a variety of ways for you to make payment.
For your convenience, we accept payment by credit card, check and
money order.
